Cambodia has a population of over 15 million. The official religion is Theravada Buddhism, practised by approximately 95 percent of the population. The country's minority groups include Vietnamese, Chinese, Chams, and 30 hill tribes

Day 1 – Arrive Siem Reap - Angkor Wat

Arrive at Siem Reap Airport and meet our guide to transfer to the hotel. After a short rest, we head to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphuon, Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon we visit the world-famous Angkor Wat. After a long day exploring, we watch the sunset from Phnom Bakheng. Have dinner at one of the fine restaurants in town.

Day 2 -  Angkor Wat - Small & Grand Circuit

In the early morning, we’ll watch the picturesque sunrise at Angkor Wat before returning to the hotel for breakfast. We then begin touring the Small Circuit including Ta Prohm, Banteay Kdei, Sras Srang, Ta Keo, Thommanon, and Chausay Tevoda. We stop for lunch and then in the afternoon continue to the Grand Circuit including Prasat Kravan, East Mebon, Pre Rup and Preah Khan. 

Day 3 - Roluos Group - Boat Trip on Tonle Sap

Today we travel to the Roluos Group to see Prasat Preah Ko, Bakong, and Lo Lei. Returning to town for lunch and then have a short rest to avoid the heat. We spend the afternoon to enjoy a scenic boat trip on the Tonle Sap Lake and see some floating villages. 

Day 4 - Angkor Wat - Banteay Srei

In the morning, we go sightseeing at the renowned Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre (30km from Siem Reap). In the afternoon, head to Ta Som, Krol Ko and Neak Poan. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 5 - Siem Reap - Phnom Penh

After breakfast we catch a short flight to the Capital city of Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, we transfer to the hotel and take a city tour to the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Khmer Arts. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 6 -  Phnom Penh - Killing Fields

The morning will be spent bearing witness to the Khmer Rouge Regime’s Reign of Terror. We first visit the Choeung Ek Killing Fields and then the Toul Sleng Museum of Genocidal Crime. In the afternoon, we take a city tour and go shopping at the Russian Market. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

 

Day 7 - Phnom Penh Departure

 

You are free at your leisure or if time permits additional sightseeing until departure
